Да, действительно, предлагают только платную доставку. Я бы написала, что при заказе я рассчитывал на бесплатную доставку free shipping, в противном случае меня не устраивает цена. Я хотел бы отменить заказ и вернуть деньги. Либо вы сами можете отменить заказ, нажав кнопочку "request order cancellation" . Тут видно где находится кнопка hvastik.com
